This magnificent old oak is the largest and healthiest oak tree on the farm. It is perfectly shaped and has never been hit by lightning. It is nestled in a valley near the swimming hole and I am in awe of it's stately presence whenever I come to visit it.
"And this, our life, exempt from public haunt, finds tongues in trees, books in the running brooks, sermons in stones, and good in everything."
- William Shakespeare
Hoping we can all appreciate nature's beauty and goodness today. Peace.

I used to have favorite tree in my old campus, but it was cut off TT___TT
Ouch! That is a shame. I have planted over 50,000 trees on my property and I have an emotional attachment to each one.
